About This Project

This 3 bedroom + study, 3-1/2 bath ranch home was our 2018 entry into the Lansing Parade of Homes. The main floor has 1,990 sq. ft. and there is another 959 sq. ft. finished in the walk-out lower level.  Special touches were around every corner, including: barn doors for the study, floating shelves over the coffee bar and basement wet bar, large ceramic shower with rain head, and built-in bench in the mudroom. We also built the composite deck off the side of the dining room, so as to not interfere with the gorgeous view out the back of the home.
