About This Project

This 4 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath home was custom built on a double lot in a DeWitt subdivision. The main floor has 2,568 sq. ft. and there is another 1,209 sq. ft. finished in the lower level. The homeowners had previously built a Tom Motz Home in 2003 for their family after their kids graduated from the highly rated DeWitt schools—these now empty nesters gave us the ultimate compliment when they came back for another custom built home over a decade later. Creative touches are found throughout this beautiful home, including a built-in seating area in the breakfast nook, wainscoting in the four seasons room, and a vaulted ceiling with clearstory windows that flood the great room with an abundance of natural light.
